Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the translation and related services provided by We Translate on Time ("WTOT", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an order, browsing our website, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

• Client / You: The individual or entity ordering or using the Services.
• Source Materials: Documents, text, files, media, or other content you submit for translation or processing.
• Deliverables: The translated output and related certified statements produced by WTOT.
• Certified Translation: A translation accompanied by a formal declaration attesting to accuracy and completeness.

We provide professional translation (standard & certified), limited formatting reconstruction, quality review, and optional add‑ons such as notarization facilitation or apostille preparation guidance. We may refuse Source Materials that are unlawful, abusive, malware‑infected, or outside our competence.

• Instant quotes are based on estimated word count & complexity. We honor displayed pricing unless a material discrepancy (>10%) emerges—then we seek confirmation.
• Orders are accepted upon payment confirmation (or written agreement for approved invoice clients).
• Rush or same‑day work depends on availability and document length.

• You warrant lawful rights to submit Source Materials.
• Provide instructions, target variants, glossary or style preferences up front.
• Minimize unnecessary personal data.
• Review Deliverables promptly; request revisions within the revision window.

Source Materials & Deliverables are confidential. Access is restricted under contractual duties. Custom NDAs available. We may disclose when legally compelled.

You retain Source Materials. After full payment you receive usage rights to Deliverables. We may retain anonymized segments for QA and consistency unless you opt out in writing.

Delivery estimates are good‑faith. We notify of delays caused by legibility, complexity, or force majeure. Physical certified copies may require postal time.

Included revisions fix accuracy or omission issues. Preference or stylistic rework after completion may incur a fee if extensive.

• Fees payable in the checkout currency.
• Refunds rarely available once work starts unless we fail to deliver.
• Invalid chargebacks may trigger suspension.

• Illegal, infringing, defamatory, or exploitative content.
• Dataset harvesting or automated scraping for competition.
• Security probing without written consent.

We use vetted infrastructure & service providers under protective data terms. Limited MT may be used for internal preprocessing where allowed.

EXCEPT AS STATED, SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES (EXPRESS OR IMPLIED). Acceptance requirements vary by authority.

MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FEES PAID FOR THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO CLAIM. NO LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES.

You will indemnify WTOT against claims arising from your breach, IP violations in Source Materials, or misuse of Deliverables.

We may suspend or terminate for breach, fraud risk, or legal compliance. Surviving clauses remain in effect after termination.

Unless mandatory local law applies, governing law is the jurisdiction of principal operation; courts there have exclusive jurisdiction.

Material updates posted with a new revision date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
